Software Engineer - internal tools (remote)

Bright Cobalt Pharma is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about regulatory filings into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
