Software Engineer - internal tools (remote)

Clearpath North Learning Group is an education provider in Atlanta serving students and families. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
