Software Engineer - internal tools (remote)

Cedar Meadow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Seattle producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about regulatory filings into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
