Software Engineer - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wilder Pharma and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about clinical studies into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
