Software Engineer - internal tools (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Pharma is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 718 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about quality documentation into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
