Software Engineer - internal tools (Providence, RI)

Silverline Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Providence. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about clinical evaluations into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
