Software Engineer - internal tools (Minneapolis, MN)

Highbridge Drift Health runs clinics and patient services around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on internal tools. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about insurance authorisations into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
