Software Engineer - internal tools (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Granite Community Partners is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about donor records into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
