Software Engineer - internal tools (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Las Vegas, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about cleanroom operations into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
