Software Engineer - internal tools (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Rowan Care Services supports families and individuals in Las Vegas with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on internal tools. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about licensing into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
