Software Engineer - internal tools (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Group is a Jacksonville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our internal tools. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about device records into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
