Software Engineer - internal tools (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Rowan Inspection Services is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about scheduling into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
