Software Engineer - internal tools (Denver, CO)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance Partners is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about catastrophe response into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
