Software Engineer - internal tools (Denver, CO)

Cedar Stone Telecom Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about network equipment into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
