Software Engineer - internal tools (Dallas, TX)

Lumen Fox Medical Group is a Dallas company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about training materials into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
