Software Engineer - internal tools (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Drift Health is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about patient scheduling into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
