Software Engineer - integrations (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rowan Health Group and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about patient scheduling into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
