Software Engineer - integrations (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Wren Energy Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about outage response into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
