Software Engineer - integrations (St. Louis, MO)

Bright Cross Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around St. Louis. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
