Software Engineer - integrations (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Cedar Legal Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about court deadlines into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
