Software Engineer - integrations (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Spokane caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about licensing records into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
