Software Engineer - integrations (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Maple Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Seattle, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about water quality into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
