Software Engineer - integrations (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Basin Legal Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about client files into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
