Software Engineer - integrations (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bridge Facilities and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about contractor visits into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
