Software Engineer - integrations (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Clear Transit Planning and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about accessibility audits into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
