Software Engineer - integrations (Sacramento, CA)

Fernwood Keystone Facilities is a facilities company in Sacramento with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about supply orders into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
