Software Engineer - integrations (Richmond, VA)

Fernwood Wilder Pharma is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about release testing into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
