Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Bluepeak Granite Community Partners is a nonprofit in Milwaukee supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about donor records into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
