Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Northwind Bridge Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Little Rock focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about outage reports into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
