Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Silverline Quill Facilities Associates looks after properties across the Pittsburgh region. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about customer sites into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
