Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sable Financial and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about loan applications into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
