Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Medical is a Des Moines company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about clinical evaluations into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
