Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Loom Learning Group and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
