Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Amberfield Keystone Energy is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about billing disputes into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
