Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Foxglove Bright Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Phoenix. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about payment disputes into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
