Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Highbridge Bright Financial Group serves customers across San Jose with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about customer onboarding into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
