Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Summit Yarrow Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Sacramento, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about clinic supplies into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
