Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Northwind Maple Community Partners runs community programmes across Boston. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
