What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about outage response into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with outage response.
