Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Learning Group and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about student accounts into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
