Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Nest Financial and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
