Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Thistle Early Learning Group and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn requests about meal programmes into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
