Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Sable Water Authority Group and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about water quality into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
