Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Silverline Quill Facilities is a facilities company in El Paso with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our integrations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about contractor visits into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
