Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Ironwood Umber Health runs clinics and patient services around Birmingham. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 742 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about clinic supplies into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
