Software Engineer - integrations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Haven Medical is a Pittsburgh company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about device records into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
