Software Engineer - integrations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Juniper Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Pittsburgh, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 229 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
