Software Engineer - integrations (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Hollow Telecom and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about field visits into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
