Software Engineer - integrations (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Clear Telecom Group and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. We invest in training. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about billing accounts into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
