Software Engineer - integrations (New Orleans, LA)

Cedar Wilder Learning Group is an education provider in New Orleans serving students and families, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about enrolment into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
